风平浪静的日子里我们要赞美神；患难临到时我们更要坚定的倚靠神，因为慈爱的神永远不会离弃等候祂的人、令他们失望。
“But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.” (Micah 7:7)
While life is good, we should praise God. When time gets tough; we should be resilient in the Lord. Because God loves us and is always with us!

“凡在人面前不认我的，我在我天上的父面前，也必不认他。”马太福音10：33
当神在我们心中确实居首位的时候，我们肯定不会在人面前否定祂，或避免提及祂的尊贵、荣耀与信实。
“But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven.” (Matthew 10:33)
Once when I affirm God’s place in my heart; I will not denied Him before others but glorify His name in all possible way.

很多人相信了主，可惜仍然被捆绑在过去所犯的罪中，久久不能释怀。事实上，我们只要真心悔改，清楚相信，就能得到神所赏赐的新生命、享受完全的释放。

Repent and believe in Jesus, you will receive the new beginning of life; nothing attached.

“兄弟阿，我为你的爱心，大有快乐，大得安慰．因众圣徒的心从你得了畅快。” 腓利门书1：7
被囚的使徒保罗因为在监外事奉的同工腓利门的爱心表现，感到欣喜和安慰；我们所做的，有没有给人带去喜乐和希望，蒙神喜悦？
“Your love has given me great joy and encouragement, because you, brother, have refreshed the hearts of the Lord’s people.” (Philemon 1:7)
The imprisoned Apostle Paul felt the joy and hope because of the testimony shown by fellow Christian worker Philemon. We can encourage one another despite difficult circumstances.

“主阿，你是有怜悯有恩典的神，不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱和诚实。”诗篇 86：15
诗人对神的描述和赞美是出自内心深处的感言，我们对神，可有同样的认识和体会？
“But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.” (Psalm 86:15)
The psalmist expresses his astute understanding of God the Creator. We could learn much from this expression as well.

只要对罪行存有一丝眷恋，我们就会轻易被它征服和辖制；要记得，圣洁的神永远不会以有罪为无罪，我们不要自欺。
If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.” (Genesis 4:7)
If we pamper with sin; sin will control us. If we close to God; God will help us!

“愚昧无知的民哪，你们这样报答耶和华么．他岂不是你的父，将你买来的么．他是制造你，建立你的。”申命记32：6
我们应该学会从以色列人的历史，不能漠视神的恩典和怜悯，而是体会和颂赞他的一切义。
Is this the way you repay the LORD, you foolish and unwise people? Is he not your Father, your Creator, who made you and formed you? (Deuteronomy 32:6)
We should learn from the Israelites’ history not to ignore God’s grace and mercy but appreciate everything in His righteousness.

“我为这福音受苦难，甚至被捆绑，像犯人一样．然而神的道，却不被捆绑。”提摩太后书2：9
使徒保罗不论落在多么艰苦的情况下都没有忘记以他的生命去见证神的慈爱和拯救。我们呢？往往一碰上难题就会向神生气、抱怨，甚至要挟要离开祂去投靠假神！
for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained. (2 Timothy 2:9)
Often we complain to God when time is tough. Perhaps we should learn from Paul who shows his steadfastness in God’s love and salvation.

“那时，因他们偏向别神所行的一切恶，我必定掩面不顾他们。”申命记31：18
神非常恩待以色列人，但是也一再警告他们不能背弃神的律例典章，以免遭受严惩。今天神也非常恩待我们，圣经清楚教导我们要听从神的吩咐，我们有否考虑到神会因为我们的背叛而掩面不顾我们？
And I will certainly hide my face in that day because of all their wickedness in turning to other gods. (Deuteronomy 31:18)
God is gracious to Israelites. Often God warns the Israelites that they would receive punishment if they disobey His law.
Nowadays God also gracious to us all. The Bible is clearly teaching us that we should listen to His Word in a way that we should consider the consequences like the Israelites.
“人使你降卑，你仍可说，必得高升‧谦卑的人神必然拯救。”約伯记22：29
人如何对待我们并不重要，关键是我们所行的只要能蒙神喜悦，祂所赐下的恩惠与平安，必然超过我们所敢祈求。
When people are brought low and you say, ‘Lift them up!’ then he will save the downcast. (Job 22:29)
It does not matter how others treating us. The key is whatever we do everything to please our Lord. The peace and grace that given to us will exceed our expectations.
